TECHNODUR® SGF are a flexible length made of a small diameter nickel core wire with a thick coating.
The coating contains a specially formulated matrix of molten tungsten-carbide particles, blended with a high nickel content alloy.

 

Main application :Press-screw faces in the ceramics industry.
The faces of press-screws are exposed to high abrasion, especially with refractory products. Their surfaces must be well protected whilst being reasonably smooth. TECHNODUR® SGF is a very good answer to these problems.

Las presentes condiciones (en adelante, “Condiciones de Uso”) regulan el uso permitido de la página con URL www.nicrotec.com, que SOLDADURAS NICROTEC, S.A. (en adelante, “el Prestador del Servicio”), pone a disposición de los usuarios de Internet (en adelante, “los Usuarios”).

Se pone a disposición de los Usuarios los siguientes medios donde podrán dirigir sus peticiones, cuestiones y quejas:

2. Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial.

2.1 Los derechos de propiedad intelectual de la página www.nicrotec.com, su código fuente, diseño, fotografías, textos, estructura de navegación, bases de datos y los distintos elementos en él contenidos, son titularidad del Prestador del Servicio a quien corresponde el ejercicio exclusivo de los derechos de explotación de los mismos en cualquier forma y, en especial, los derechos de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública y transformación.

2.2 El Prestador del Servicio es titular de los derechos de propiedad industrial referidos a sus productos y servicios, y específicamente de los relativos a la marca registrada Nicrotec, quedando prohibido su uso, salvo autorización expresa y firmada por parte del Prestador del Servicio.

2.3 La utilización no autorizada de la información contenida en la Web, su reventa, así como la lesión de los derechos de Propiedad Intelectual o Industrial de el Prestador del Servicio dará lugar a las responsabilidades legalmente establecidas.

2.4 El usuario asume la responsabilidad del uso que efectúe en la Web. El usuario se compromete a hacer un uso adecuado de los contenidos y servicios que NICROTEC ofrece a través del mismo. En este sentido, con carácter enunciativo pero no limitativo, el usuario se compromete (i) a no utilizar las imágenes para un mal uso (ii) incurrir en actividades ilícitas, ilegales o contrarias a la buena fe y al orden público; (iii) provocar daños en los sistemas físicos y lógicos de NICROTEC, de sus proveedores o de terceras personas; (iv) introducir o difundir en la red virus informáticos o cualesquiera otros sistemas físicos o lógicos que sean susceptibles de provocar cualquier tipo de daños.

3. Aceptación de las Condiciones de Uso.

Estas Condiciones de Uso regulan el acceso y utilización del sitio www.nicrotec.com que el Prestador del Servicio pone gratuitamente a disposición de los Usuarios. El acceso al mismo implica su aceptación sin reservas.

4. Usos permitidos.

Se autoriza la visualización, impresión y descarga parcial del contenido de la Web sólo y exclusivamente si concurren las siguientes condiciones:

4.1. Que sea compatible con los fines de la Web.

4.2. Que se realice con el exclusivo ánimo de obtener la información contenida para uso personal y privado. Se prohíbe expresamente su utilización con fines comerciales o para su distribución, comunicación pública, transformación o descompilación.

4.3. Que ninguno de los contenidos relacionados en la Web sean modificados de manera alguna.

4.4. Que ningún gráfico, icono o imagen disponible en la Web sea utilizado, copiado o distribuido separadamente del texto o resto de imágenes que lo acompañan.

5. Modificaciones en la Web y las Condiciones de Uso.

El Prestador del Servicio se reserva la facultad de efectuar, en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de previo aviso, modificaciones y actualizaciones de la información contenida en la Web, de la configuración y presentación de ésta y de las condiciones de acceso. Así mismo el Prestador del Servicio se reserva el derecho de actualizar las presentes Condiciones de Uso sin previo aviso a los Usuarios, que son los únicos responsables de su consulta como paso previo a acceder a la Web.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad.

6.1 El Prestador del Servicio no garantiza la inexistencia de interrupciones o errores en el acceso a la Web o a su contenido, ni que éste se encuentre actualizado. El Prestador del Servicio llevará a cabo, siempre que no concurran causas que lo hagan imposible o de difícil ejecución, y tan pronto tenga noticia de los errores, desconexiones o falta de actualización en los contenidos, todas aquellas labores tendentes a subsanar los errores, restablecer la comunicación y actualizar los contenidos.

6.2 Tanto el acceso a la Web como el uso inconsentido que pueda efectuarse de la información contenida en la misma, es de la exclusiva responsabilidad de quien lo realiza. El Prestador del Servicio no responderá de ninguna consecuencia, daño o perjuicio que pudieran derivarse de dicho acceso o uso. El Prestador del Servicio no se hace responsable de los errores de seguridad, que se puedan producir ni de los daños que puedan causarse al sistema informático de los Usuarios (hardware y software), o a los ficheros o documentos almacenados en el mismo, como consecuencia de:

(ii) un mal funcionamiento del navegador o
(iii) del uso de versiones no actualizadas del mismo.

6.3 El Prestador del Servicio no asume responsabilidad alguna derivada de los contenidos enlazados desde la Web, siempre que sean ajenos a la misma, ni garantiza la ausencia de virus u otros elementos en los mismos que puedan producir alteraciones en el sistema informático (hardware y software), en los documentos o los ficheros de los Usuarios, excluyendo cualquier responsabilidad por los daños de cualquier clase causados a los Usuarios por este motivo.

8. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción competente.

Las presentes Condiciones de Uso están sometidas a las leyes españolas y cualquier controversia se dirimirá en los juzgados de la ciudad de Sabadell.

 

Política de privacidad

1. SOLDADURAS NICROTEC, S.A. (en adelante, “NICROTEC”), informa a los usuarios que respeta la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos personales, la privacidad de los usuarios y el secreto y seguridad de los datos personales, adoptando para ello las medidas técnicas y organizativas necesarias para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos personales facilitados, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos y los riesgos a los que están expuestos.

2. El acceso a los contenidos de esta web está exclusivamente dirigida a mayores de 18 años 146 años, por lo que cualquier persona que entregue sus datos personales, manifiesta tener dicha edad, quedando prohibido el uso de www.nicrotec.com y la entrega de datos personales a personas menores de esa edad.

3. 4. Los datos de carácter personal que se faciliten en la Web, quedarán registradosserán tratados en un fichero de NICROTEC debidamente declarado e inscrito en el Registro General de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, con la finalidad de llevar a cabo la prestación de los servicios ofrecidos, así como para enviar por cualquier medio, incluido el correo electrónico, ofertas de productos y servicios personalizados, mejorar la relación comercial y gestionar las peticiones realizadas por nuestros Clientes.

5. El simple hecho de enviar un usuario sus datos de carácter personal a NICROTEC supondrá el consentimiento para su incorporación al fichero y su tratamiento.

NICROTEC facilitará a los proveedores que lo soliciten una contraseña para acceder al sistema dedicado a ellos. La contraseña será personal e intransferible. En todo caso deberá mantener dicha contraseña bajo su control y en caso de que sospechara que un tercero no autorizado ha tenido acceso a la misma deberá comunicarlo a NICROTEC.

6. NICROTEC se reserva el derecho de modificar las contraseñas en cualquier momento.

5.7. El usuario podrá revocar el consentimiento prestado, sin que tenga efectos retroactivos, y ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición dirigiéndose mediante carta adjuntando su DNI u otro documento identificativo a NICROTEC C/ Joiers, 5 – P.I. Riera de Caldes CP 08184 de Palau-Solità i Plegamans.

6.8. El usuario garantiza que los datos personales facilitados a NICROTEC son veraces y se hace responsable de comunicar cualquier modificación de los mismos para que, en todo momento respondan a su situación actual.
